Domaine Bobinet Piak! Rouge 2025

Domaine Bobinet is a Saumur estate run by Sébastien Bobinet and Émilie Calvez, farming organically on clay-limestone, picking by hand and making wine with minimal intervention in the region's tuffeau-cut troglodyte cellars.

Piak! is their glou-glou red: Grolleau, an old Loire grape, raised in steel and bottled young at just 10.5% alcohol. Juicy and silky — a basket of fresh red berries, a little white pepper and earth, almost no tannin. Throw it in the fridge and drink it this year.
