La Vauvise Sauvignon Blanc 2025

La Vauvise is a label from Domaine Bernard Fleuriet et Fils, a family estate a few kilometers south of Sancerre. Certified organic since 2016 and now farmed with biodynamic principles, on the same limestone-rich soils as its famous neighbor.

Hand-harvested and made entirely in stainless steel to keep it crisp: citrus, white flowers and a fresh, chalky minerality. All the snap of Sancerre at an everyday price — a go-to for oysters, goat cheese or a Tuesday night.
